I have travelled extensively over many years without always being able to speak the local language. On one occasion I bought a lovely VW beetle, quite expensive, a collector's item but the brakes were faulty and the engine was dying. I needed to find a mechanic but with no-one to help me I stumbled on one who was much less than honest.

With many expats arriving in our region, I realised that some people might find themselves in similar situations and so I decided to set up this free service to help the international community living in Geneva, Nyon, Lausanne, Montreux and Pay de Gex (France) areas.
